Vivo is going to launch its next smartphone Vivo V19 in India soon. This smartphone has been launched globally last month. The phone was to be launched in India in March but the launch of this smartphone was postponed in view of the increasing cases of coronavirus. Now the company is going to launch it in India on May 12. However, the company will not organize any launch event for the same nor will it be streamed live. On May 12, the company will release the price of this smartphone. The phone can be launched in the mid-budget segment.
Vivo launched its S1 Pro earlier this year. After which it will be the second product of the company which will be launched this year. However, the company’s sub-brand iQOO has launched iQOO 3, iQOO 3 5G in India in February. The Vivo V19 will be launched as an upgraded model of Vivo V17 launched late last year. The look and design of the phone are given just like Vivo V17. In particular, the phone’s back has a quad camera with L-shape just like V17. The dual punch-hole camera set-up has been given in the front of the phone.
Talking about the possible features of Vivo V19, it can be launched in two storage options 8GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 256GB. The phone can come with the mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 712SoC. The company launched Vivo Z1 Pro with this processor last year. Talking about the phone’s camera features, it can come with a 48MP primary shooter, 8MP super wide-angle lens, 2MP Bokeh sensor and 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, it can be wide-angle sensors of 32MP + 8MP.
The Vivo V19 is powered by a 6.44-inch AMOLED dual punch-hole display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone’s display will support full HD plus resolution. The 4,500mAh battery to come with 33W flash charge 2.0 to power it. The phone will be with FuntouchOS 10 based on Android 10. The phone will be given an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It will launch in two colour options mystique silver and piano black. The price may be around Rs 20,000.
