Honor 30 to have 50MP rear camera, to be launched on April 15

Honor 30 series smartphones are set to be launched on April 15. Under this series, the company will launch Honor 30 and Honor 30 Pro. Huawei’s sub-brand Honor gave information about the launch of the new device on China’s micro-blogging website Weibo. A few days ago, rumours claimed that the Honor 30 would come with Sony’s 50 megapixels IMX700 camera sensor. However, according to the new news that is now coming, it has been confirmed that the Honor 30 will have a 50 megapixels camera with Sony’s IMX 700 sensor.

Octa PD Autofocus with Dual LED Flash

A picture of this upcoming phone on GSMArena has also been shared. Accoring to the photo, the phone to have a quad rear camera setup with a primary camera of 50 megapixels in the phone. It also has an octa PD autofocus like huawei P40 with dual LED flash.

A periscope module in camera setup

The camera setup at the rear of the phone can have a periscope module. The rear camera setup has been fitted in the rectangle bump. It also makes the look of the back panel quite premium. The outer part of the bump is visible with a golden finish. Also, under the main camera you see camera Octa PD and Matrix IMX700 50MP.

Metal body finish and 3.5mm headphone jack

Some more features of the phone can be guessed by looking at the photo. The phone appears to be with a metal finish body and the antenna lines have been given upwards. The top part of the frame also has a microphone that is probably given in with IR Blaster. Some reports say that the phone may also be equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
